INTEGRATIVE MEN’S HEALTH; PRACTICAL TRT PRESCRIBING FOR CLINICIANS

This interactive two-morning course  provides healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to confidently assess, diagnose and manage testosterone deficiency using an evidence-based, patient-centred approach.

The programme explores the role of testosterone in men’s health, guiding delegates through the diagnosis of hypogonadism, interpretation of diagnostic investigations, and the safe and effective prescribing of Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), including licensed therapies and, where appropriate, compounded treatment options. Clinical monitoring, risk management and the latest evidence will be discussed throughout.

Moving beyond traditional TRT education, the course also examines the wider factors influencing men’s hormonal health and longevity, including obesity, metabolic health, fertility considerations, lifestyle interventions, nutrition, supplements, genetic testing and emerging therapies. Delegates will gain practical strategies to optimise patient outcomes through an integrative approach that combines hormone therapy with personalised lifestyle medicine.

Through expert-led teaching and real-world case discussions, delegates will leave with the confidence to apply their learning immediately in clinical practice.
